How to reset student passwords

If you are a student please contact any member of your school's teaching staff as they have the ability to reset all student passwords. All teachers have the ability to reset a student password go to **https://login.groupcall.com/** 1. Enter the **student username** and then tap Forgot Password 2. Click on Unlock by teaching in 3. Enter your own staff email address / username 4. Enter your password 5. Click Next to be able to reset the student password When you use this password reset method an audit email is sent to the IDaaS technical contact for the school containing the name of the student and the name of the teacher that unlocked the account.
