No Projector Image Displayed on Whiteboard

**If you are using a laptop to project onto the whiteboard then try the following**: - Check that the projector has power and is plugged in and switched on. - Check that the video cable (cable with pins on the end) is plugged fully into the side of the laptop (connector with holes to match cable). - Press the function key on laptop (fn) and one of the 'F' keys that has an image of two screens, both at the same time. You may need to press these a couple of times to get the image on both the laptop and the whiteboard. **If you are using a desktop computer to project onto the whiteboard then try the following**: - Check that the projector has power and is plugged in and switched on. - Check that the video cable (cable with pins on the end) is plugged fully into the back of the pc (connector with holes to match cable). - Check that the video splitter (small box on floor with 3 cables plugged into it) has power and is plugged in and switched on. - Press the 'input' button on the projector remote and make sure the projector is set to either 'computer' or 'RGB' and NOT 'video'.
