Cannot Log on to Computer Network

In the first instance please Check that the network cable is plugged fully into the data socket on the wall. Check that the network cable is plugged fully into the back of the computer. A light should flash in the back of the pc if the network cable is plugged in properly. If the network cable is plugged in properly and there is a light flashing on the back of the pc, then reboot the computer, wait for a couple of minutes after it has booted back up and then try to log in again.
